By accessing or using Popmelt ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Authentication

OAuth Login

You may sign in via Google or GitHub. We never see or store your password.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep it current.

Security

You're responsible for safeguarding your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Description & Use

What We Offer

Popmelt is an AI-driven platform for generating, customizing, and deploying UI components and design systems via "Talents" (AI personas with versioned taste models).

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Restrictions

• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or misuse the Service or its APIs.
• Don't circumvent usage limits, impersonate others, or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing & Billing

We currently offer access free of charge. When paid features launch, fees and payment terms will be posted on our Pricing page.

Payment Processor

Stripe (or another provider) will process all payments. We don't store your raw payment information.

Refunds

Any refund policy will be communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Marks

"Popmelt," the Popmelt logo, and all related trademarks are our property.

Your Content

You retain ownership of anything you submit (e.g. prompts, assets). You grant Popmelt a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to provide the Service.

Generated Code & Assets

Code and design assets generated by Talents are yours to use under the license you select; we recommend reviewing any open-source licenses if applicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe any third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Harass or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

8. Disclaimers

AS-IS

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

NO WARRANTIES

We disclaim all express, implied or statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popmelt and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Any claims arising out of your use (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Popmelt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms or legal requirement.

Survival: Sections 5–11 will survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
